Aunt of a young man accused of robbery defended him saying that they were not thieves but drug dealers

An unusual event occurred in the last few hours in Argentina, after a young was arrested by the authorities for allegedly having caused the theft of a black motorcycle in the province of La Rioja.

However, what most caught the attention of this matter is that the young man’s aunt came to the police station to claim that his nephew was not a thief and that he actually negotiated the sale of drugs.

“We did not steal, we only sold drugs. All our lives we have dedicated ourselves to this”were the woman’s words to the local media.

He did this to deflect the remarks made to his family member and that is why he made these statements. In addition, without mincing a word, he made more confessions about other crimes that his relatives have committed.

“We are here because we are afraid that my nephew will be taken out of here dead, as happened with the boy with the tattoos and several other people. The police station is looking for him for a fact for which I delivered the motorcycle. The motorcycle is legal, it’s mine,” the lady told the media.

But this did not stop there, as he unexpectedly began to reveal another criminal history that members of his family had, since he mentioned that she has never had a burglary break-in and also revealed that the only person in jail was her husband who had been charged with murder.

“We are from the Mercado family, if you google us you will see that we sold drugs. We never had raids for robbery, not more for my husband, “said the woman.

Finally, she also admitted that a few years ago she was tried for this type of crime, and therefore asked “How long are they going to continue bothering us?”
