The lawyer for the PNP captain, Junior Izquierdo, said that his client gave the Prosecutor’s Office a USB with five compromising audios that involve the Minister of the Interior, Juan José Santivañez. The audio would reveal that Santivañez was asked to deactivate the DIVIAC so that he could be the Minister of the portfolio.
