Directors of the Land Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT), meet with owners of rolling agricultural machinery from the township of Herrera, district of La Chorrera, to promote greater participation in the solidarity fuel benefit of B/3.25 in West Panama.
The meeting was attended by the regional director of the Ministry of Agricultural Development, José Emilio Barría; the vice governor of the province of Panamá Oeste, Judith Flores; producers and owners of agricultural machinery in the Zanguenga sector.
The general director in charge of the ATTT, Carlos Ordóñez, indicated that the purpose of the initiative is to explain the process of registering rolling agricultural machinery in the Department of the Single Motorized Vehicle Registry of the ATTT and to be able to access the fuel subsidy without problems. .
Once the meeting was over, the mayor announced that in the next few days a massive registration day will be scheduled so that agricultural transporters can access the solidarity fuel benefit.
It should be noted that since last July 18, the National Government established a new price of B/. 3.25 for 91 and 95 octane gasoline and low sulfur diesel, by virtue of the extensive national conversations held with various sectors.
