The Transit and Land Transportation Authority (ATTT) extended the extension to adapt the yellow color of the taxi units.
The ATTT informed the selective public passenger transport providers that the established term of 90 days to adapt the yellow color of the taxi units identified in previous meetings, expired on May 16, 2023; however, after receiving and admitting some requests for review of said measure, the date of compliance with this provision IS EXTENDED.
The transport regulatory body said that this will be until its Office of Legal Advice resolves these requests in substance.
“Once all the procedural terms and resources that assist the applicant have been evacuated, the final decision and its effects will be communicated by this means,” they said in a statement.
