The Attorney General, Tarek William Saab, informed the entertainer Gilberto Correa on Thursday about the progress of his complaint against the citizen Mariana Gianmarco for intentional homicide. This was announced by Saab through his account on the social network Twitter.
The meeting takes place two days after Correa publicly denounced that the Public Ministry acted in an “inconsistent” manner in the open trial against Mariana Tania Giammarco Yanni, the woman who allegedly tried to kill him.
“TODAY… I received the animator Gilberto Correa at @MinpublicoVEN: to inform him of the #progress of his complaint against Mariana Gianmarco: whom Prosecutor 16 AMC: #accused for the #crimes of Intentional Homicide in Degree of Attempt and Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty”, published the Attorney General.
As will be remembered, the Venezuelan entertainer and publicist pointed out two days ago through a video that the Public Ministry did not promote any of the eight witnesses that he suggested to prove during the trial that Mariana Giammarco indeed wanted to gradually liquidate him.
The trial against Mariana Giammarco, accused of attempted intentional homicide, began last Tuesday, April 4, at the 18th Trial Court of Caracas by Ghilda Molina Carrillo.
