The Belmira Police Station, in Antioquia, was attacked with an explosive device that caused minor injuries to three civilians, among them, two minors and a woman.
According to preliminary information related to the victims, it would be the sentimental partner of one of the uniformed men who had come to the place to bring him food in the company of his two children.

The woman along with the minors were transferred to a Belmira care center. According to the local representative, Iván Darío Tobón, the injuries were caused by the shrapnel, “which caused injuries, fortunately minor, in these three people.”
In the attack, no uniformed man ended up injured, however, a canine that remained at the station died.

So far, the Municipal Administration has not commented on what happened or taken action in this regard. Tobón stated that, It would be an isolated event, because this municipality, located north of Antioquia, has always remained calm.
