Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner demanded this Wednesday that the leaders of the Federal Revolution be detained again, after considering that in the case investigating the violent actions of that group, evidence was found that “they planned to raise money to hire a hitman,” a situation that could be related to the attempted assassination of which he was a victim.

The vice president’s complaint also requested that test measures be carried out to determine what type of link unites the referents of that space with her neighbor, Ximena de Tezanos Pintos, with the aim of determining if she provided them with information that could have been useful to them. in an eventual plan to attack it, according to what emerges from the presentation to which Télam agreed and from the reports incorporated into the case.

The lawyers in the complaint, Marcos Aldazabal and José Manuel Ubeira, also demanded that the line of investigation that leads to a Twitter contact be deepened who, minutes after the attack on Fernández de Kirchner, sent direct messages to one of the referents of Revolución Federal in which he wrote: “We did it well???; 🙂 We organized it in a chat in a Taringa community, with a foreigner; he didn’t have wings anyway, it’s just for them to run, they’re going to run!, as they say . National chain”.

“Given the evidence incorporated on December 19 into the case that is investigating the group calling itself the Federal Revolution, my lawyers have just requested new measures of evidence and the arrest of Jonathan Morel, (Leonardo) Sosa and (Gastón) Guerra (Referentes de Revolución Federal)”, reported the Vice President through her account on the social network Twitter.

“From the conversations discovered between these members of the Federal Revolution, it emerged that they were planning to raise money to hire a hitman… The money was found and the hitman is in prison,” added the former president in a series of messages published this afternoon, to which she also attached the presentation carried out by their lawyers based on reports prepared by the Airport Security Police (PSA).

When referring to the financing of the Federal Revolution, and eventually the attack against the vice president, the lawyers for the lawsuit remarked that “the leaders take care of the money,” according to a message sent from Sosa’s cell phone.

The presentation was made before the court in charge of Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi in the case in which the prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita intervenes: at the beginning of this investigation both had opined that the file should be processed together with the case in which the attempt is being investigated of assassination of the vice president, which would have been the last act in a sequence of actions of political violence.

That decision, however, was rejected by the judge who intervenes in the cause of the attack, María Eugenia Capuchetti, who was finally agreed by the Buenos Aires federal chamber through a ruling that was signed by the president of the court, Mariano Llorens .

“What else will (the chambermaids Leopoldo) Bruglia, (Pablo) Bertuzzi and (Mariano) Llorens need to unify causes and arrest all those responsible? the weapon, there will be others responsible,” the vice president said through her Twitter account.

The lawyers for the vice president’s complaint argued in the presentation on Wednesday that “on reading the reports made by the PSA on the phones seized in the case, what first emerges is the evident closeness between the conduct of the members of Revolución Federal and their relatives with the attack suffered by Cristina Fernández de Kirchner on September 1”.

“While De Tezanos Pinto publicly showed himself to be a conciliatory and friendly person, in his private sphere he received people who wanted to kill Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. In other words, he created a discursive screen to be able to act calmly,” the lawyers remarked.

“Let’s start with a situation that has always been on the table but that we believe should be deepened: the contacts of the Federal Revolution with the neighbor of the Vice President,” said the plaintiff lawyers, who later highlighted: “Even before the attack, it was very striking as De Tezanos Pinto went from presenting himself in the media as a person extremely hostile to Cristina Fernández de Kirchner to expressing some sympathy for our client and her militants”.

“While De Tezanos Pinto publicly showed himself to be a conciliatory and friendly person, in his private sphere he received people who wanted to kill Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. In other words, he created a discursive screen to be able to act calmly,” the lawyers remarked in reference to the visits he received from members of the Federal Revolution.

“The dates on which Guerra, who was also joined by Sosa, was at the home of De Tezanos Pinto coincide with the time when (Fernando) Sabag Montiel and Brenda Uliarte were in the vicinity of Juncal and Uruguay waiting for the right moment. to attack,” they explained.

Ximena de Tezanos Pinto pointed out by the complaint
Ximena de Tezanos Pinto designated by the complaint.

“Now we know that, at the same moment, Guerra was talking with De Tezanos Pinto about the movements of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and that, just one day after a first failed attempt by Sabag Montiel and Uliarte to attack, he was looking from the balcony at what happened in the street,” they remarked.

August 27 was the day that Sabag Montiel and Uliarte, now detained, tried for the first time to kill the two-time ex-president, according to the legal case in which the assassination attempt is being investigated: that day Guerra asked him De Tezanos Pintos about the situation in the vicinity of the vice president’s house.

“That same August 27, an allusion appeared on the telephones of Guerra, Morel and Sosa to the fact that they ‘needed’ residents of the area to be able to attack the Vice President and they spoke of ‘throwing kerosene from the balconies,'” remarked the lawyers for the complaint.

“De Tezanos Pinto uploaded videos to his social networks in which he filmed the street from his balcony and recounted what he saw: was this a way of passing information to potential assassins? Added to this is the idea of killing the Vice President was not at all alien to the members of the Federal Revolution,” they emphasized.

Along the same lines, they recalled that on August 25, Jonathan Morel detailed on Twitter Spaces a way to kill Cristina Fernández de Kirchner analogous to the one used by Sabag Montiel seven days later: that of infiltrating the militants who came every day to the the vice president’s house to express his love and support.

“As if this were not enough, we now know that on August 15 there was a conversation between Morel and the third leader of the Federal Revolution, Sosa (who also went to De Tezanos Pinto’s house), in which they spoke to make a ‘vaquita’ to hire a hit man to kill the Vice President,” the plaintiff lawyers pointed out in relation to the information extracted from the cell phones of the accused.

From the conversations analyzed in the case in which the Federal Revolution is being investigated, it emerged that there was a user who talked about training in polygons, buying firearms and blades and being prepared “for when the time comes.”

On this point, they concluded: “De Tezanos Pinto received at his house two people who were determined to kill Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Just as De Tezanos Pinto began to be kind to the media, Guerra earned the friendship of the people in the building to enter without problem, as he recounted in the expansion of his statement of inquiry. Meanwhile, the two talked to each other about the movements of the Vice President. Outside, Sabag Montiel and Uliarte waited for the right moment to kill her, with a method modeled on that proposed by Jonathan Morell”.

Was Sabag Montiel the Revolución Federal hitman, Cristina's lawyers wonder
“Was Sabag Montiel the hit man for the Federal Revolution?” ask Cristina’s lawyers.

From the conversations analyzed in the case in which the Federal Revolution is being investigated, it emerged that there was a user who spoke of “training in polygons, buying firearms and blades and being prepared for when the moment arrives”, which led him to the lawyers of the complaint to wonder if “was Sabag Montiel the hitman of Revolución Federal?”.

When referring to the financing of the Federal Revolution, and eventually the attack against the vice president, the lawyers for the lawsuit remarked that “the leaders take care of the money,” according to a message sent from Sosa’s cell phone.

“That same August 27, an allusion appeared on the telephones of Guerra, Morel and Sosa to the fact that they ‘needed’ residents of the area to be able to attack the Vice President and they spoke of ‘throwing kerosene from the balconies,'” remarked the lawyers for the lawsuit

“We cannot forget the amount of unjustified money that Sosa and Morel have: 50,000 dollars not declared and that it is evident that they were not bought by their father, in the case of Sosa, and more than fifteen million pesos from the Grupo Caputo in the Morel case,” recalled the vice president’s lawyers.

“In total, more than 100,000 dollars that could well have been part of ‘la vaquita’. In this sense, another striking element is the coincidence between the homicidal impulses of Sabag Montiel and the creation of the Federal Revolution. In case 2998/2022 , the witness Lidia Alejandra Benítez said that Sabag Montiel began to talk about killing Cristina Fernández de Kirchner in April 2022, practically the moment of the creation of the Federal Revolution,” they detailed.

“Sabag Montiel and Revolución Federal also shared other positions. For example, both were Nazis. Benítez also stated that Sabag Montiel always spoke well of Hitler. In Revolución Federal’s chats there are allusions to attacking Cristina Fernández de Kirchner in a that there are no culprits, “as they did with the Jews” (in an alleged allusion to the attack against the AMIA)”, the complainants pointed out.
