The young woman who has been detained since last Sunday night, remains in the Villa Lugano police headquarters, after Judge María Eugenia Capuchetti, who is handling the case of the attack against the former president Cristina Fernandez de Kirchnerso ordered.
Although Uliarte had declared on Friday (one day after the attack) that he had not seen Sabag for several days, videos from security cameras show that she was a few meters from her partner on Thursday night in the Recoleta neighborhood, where resides Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.

Likewise, the judge and the prosecutor Carlos Rívolo are seeking new evidence to determine whether or not there are other people involved in the attack, since, in the last few hours, testimonies from people close to Sabag have assured that he did not act alone.
