Attack in Neiva: Police Auxiliary survived and the death toll dropped to seven

great commotion caused the activation of an explosive device on a road in Neiva, when a patrol with eight policemen passed, on the afternoon of this Friday, September 2.

Although initially there was talk of two mayors, two patrolmen and four auxiliaries dead, the deputy commander of the Neiva Metropolitan Police, Colonel Jenny Bald, Clarified that the balance of the dead dropped to seven.

The officer confirmed that the police auxiliary survived, Gustavo Alberto Esquivel. Apparently he managed to hide in the middle of the attack and save his life.
