This is the third consecutive podium for the Brazilian, who secured gold at the Podebrady Grand Prix, in the Czech Republic, and silver at the Rio Maior Grand Prix, in Portugal.
“Caio Bonfim proved that he is one of the best marchers in the world. Three Grands Prix in Europe and achieved podium in all three. Excellent technique and perfect race walking class for the world. I am proud to know that an athlete of such excellence, from a high technical level competition, is Brazilian and trained by his mother, Gianetti Sena Bonfim”, commented the coach and father of Caio, João Sena.
