Athletes held a meeting in support of Cristina Fernández after the assassination attempt

Athletes from various disciplines held a meeting this Tuesday at the Club Sportivo Barracas in the city of Buenos Aires as Show of support for Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner behind the assassination attempt and highlighted “the step forward” of sport in involvement in politics.
Flags of the Campo Popular Volleyballists collective, together with the organizations La Cámpora, Nuevo Encuentro, Peronismo Militante and Peronismo por la Ciudad and the Secretary of Sports of the municipality of José C. The legislator of the city of Buenos Aires for the Front of All (FdT) and former Secretary of Sports during the mandate of the former president Nestor Kirchner and the two presidencies of Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, Claudio Morresiwas invited on stage.
