Richard Choque Flores, the serial murderer and femicide who has shocked the country for his prolific criminal journey in complicity with justice actors, had at least two accomplices who are now free, one of them fully identified.
The first was his accomplice in the murder of a young woman in 2013 and was identified as José Luis Casilla Machaca, while the other is a woman, whose identity is still unknown, but who appears in some photographs that Choque sent to the mother. of one of the young women he murdered.
“There is a person who acted as an accomplice in these events (2013). He participated just like the femicide (Richard Choque) and is currently on the streets of our country. This person responds to the name of José Luis Casilla Machaca, who is circulating through the streets because -since 2015- our justice system cannot continue the process against this accomplice and possibly a feminicide, “said the Minister of Justice, Iván. On November 29, 2013, Choque and Casilla were sent to the Chonchocoro maximum security prison, accused of the kidnapping and subsequent murder of the young university student Blanca Rubí Limachi. They were later released.
The second accomplice, already in one of the most recent crimes that Choque committed, is a woman who appears holding one of her victims, Lucy (17 years old), in some photographs that were sent to her mother asking for a reward of 70,000 dollars.
Lucy’s body was found buried Monday in the courtyard of Choque’s house. The victim’s mother reported that she searched for her daughter for nine months and that during that time she received messages from Choque with photos of her daughter blindfolded.
“In the photo a woman is grabbing my daughter, they sent me saying that in the patio of my house they will throw away my daughter’s fingers, I did not sleep thinking when they would throw away what she said. She will throw her away, she said, she was very afraid, ”she said in a statement that was broadcast by the UNO network.
