At least six people were injured this morning in Jovellanos, Matanzas, after the collision of two trucks.
According to the newspaper Giron, the lives of the injured persons are not in danger. They are cared for in Pedro Betancourt General Hospital reported Alejandro Recio Rojas, its director.

The patients, three men and three women, underwent various tests, including X-rays and ultrasounds. The state in which they find themselves does not represent a danger to their lives, the Cuban News Agency reiterated.
It was a collision between two trucks, one that was going from the Coliseum to Varadero with construction workers, and another from Varadero to the Coliseum.
The accident occurred in Laferté, a community belonging to Jovellanos, in the vicinity of Cárdenas.
