The report of a new tragedy as a result of an armed attack is reported this Monday from the municipality of Puerto Guzmán, in Putumayo. The events took place on the night of this Sunday, April 24.

According to what was established by local media and specified by Mayor Edinson Mora Rojas, there would be a total of four fatalities.

“Today we are informed that there are three people dead, apparently with a firearm, we are already making the respective arrangements, so that the inspector travels at this time to carry out the respective survey of these people, who are deceased in this locality” , stated the president during the morning of today to Conexión Putumayo.

“Very little information is available up to this moment, apparently and comments from the community itself is that an armed group arrived in this village, there was a small confrontation, but it is not very well known with certainty what happened. , but the situation is that there are three deceased people in this town”, he stressed.
