To try to save the mandate, the federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) and allies tried, on Wednesday (10), to discredit the hacker Walter Delgatti Netto in session of the Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the Chamber of Deputies, which analyzes the cancellation of the parliamentarian. 
Delgatti was convicted and arrested for the invasion of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system. In the invasion on January 4, 2023, the hacker included a fake arrest request against Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court (STF).
Already Representative Zambelli was sentenced to 10 years in prison as principal of the crime that had the purpose, according to the sentence, to discredit the security of the judiciary and reinforce the version, without evidence, of fraud in the 2022 election. The ballot box, unlike the judiciary system, which has no connection with the internet and cannot be accessed at a distance.
For parliamentarians who defend the immediate cassation of Carla Zambelli, the hearing of witnesses at the CCJ is a maneuver to delay the revocation of the parliamentarian. There is no deadline to finalize the analysis of this process in the CCJ.

The rapporteur, Deputy Diego Garcia (Republicans-PR), acknowledged the possibility of asking the full case file, as Zambelli’s party colleagues want, which can delay the outcome of the CCJ analysis.
The Constitution says that convicted deputies in res judicata, such as Zambelli, must lose their mandate. The loss, however, must be confirmed by the House.
Delgatti became known as hacker de Araraquara (SP) for invading the cell phone of authorities involved in Operation Lava Jato, an action that gave rise to Vaza Jato, a series of reports that indicated irregularities of the operation.

Arrested in Italy and facing a process of extradition because it is fugitive from Brazilian justice, Zambelli participated in the CCJ for video conferencing and suggested that the hacker Walter Delgatti Netto would be a liar.
“You said it was five times to the Ministry of Defense and then the Minister of Defense has denied you, saying that it didn’t even receive you. So, either we believe in a hacker or defense minister, a four -star general,” said Zambelli.

Delgatti maintains that he guided the defense folder technicians in the formulation of a report that would try to discredit the safety of the electronic ballot box. General Paulo Sérgio Nogueira denies the accusations.
Still in the CCJ session, Zambelli denied that the hacker He had lived a few days at his house, insisting that he would be a liar.
“You say you stayed 15 days in my house. I’m saying you spent a few hours there. And then you believe who you want to believe me, believe, who wants to believe you, believes,” said parliamentarian prey.

Zambelli’s allies at the CCJ recalled that, in the Mixed Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPMI) on January 8, the hacker denied that he had lived in the deputy’s house. Delgatti explained that at CPMI, the question was wrong, the question, but it was there for 14 to 20 days.

Material evidence
Another question repeated by the deputy’s allies in the House was if the hacker He had “material proofs” that Zambelli would have sent him to invade the CNJ system.
Delgatti explained that every night he went out all the messages because he was prohibited by the court to access the internet, but said the Federal Police (PF) would have found these evidence on Zambelli’s seized cell phone.
Justice permits
The fugitive deputy also maintained that she was sentenced to 10 years in prison because of 15 permits of release of criminals that Delgatti acknowledges that she did not request the inclusion of these permits.
“This is because I am responding to 10 years in prison. Because if it was just one, if it was just the arrest warrant of Alexandre de Moraes, I would be responding a few months in prison,” said Carla Zambelli.
Delgatti also questioned this statement.

Pedophilia
Mrs Zambelli’s allies tried to associate him with PF’s pedophilia videos in one of his computers. Delgatti, in turn, countered that the PF acknowledged that he never opened these videos and they must have been extracted from data from others hackers.
