“I have one complaint for political harassment that I started a year ago; They rejected it during the 36-day strike, despite all the evidence,” lamented Assemblywoman Paola Aguirre, summoned to testify today in the Special Force to Fight Crime (FELCC) of Plan 3,000, along with two other legislators from Creemos , Zvonko Matkovic and Keila Garcia.

He also recalled that he has another complaint against the Bolivian Police, for the injuries he sustained at the Command on December 31when they fired a gas at him and opened a wound on his head. “Nor have they identified those responsible,” he lamented.

The summons to Aguirre, Matkovic and García originated due to the denunciation of the assemblymen of the MORE for the facts recorded in January, in the inaugural session of the current legislative period of the Departmental Assembly.

On January 13, just minutes after the end of the session, the assembly members of the MAS bench
reported having been victims of verbal abuse. They tried to take shelter in an office
of the Legislative, while a group of activists sought to enter the place by force.

“They are four alleged crimes in which (supposedly) I incurred, including duties, public incitement to commit a crime, violence policy against women and deprivation of liberty”, clarified Aguirre, in time to confirm that he will attend to the summons, despite running “the risk” of being apprehended.
