To the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, were given two projects that aim to end real estate scams and simplify the processes of purchase and rental of real estate, which would cause dynamism and strengthen legal certainty in that sector.
This was assured by lawyer Gaudy Josefina Morilloafter detailing that he prepared two proposals that would create the Chamber of Real Estate Expanded Curs and Real Estate Security for Dominicans residing abroad (Sidre), which were presented to the Executive Power, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs and the Foreign Ministry.
He explained that the objective of the Chamber is to carry out the due diligence of each property in the country and purification to guarantee legal certainty in real estate negotiations, through certifications.
While the Sidre would aim that the Dominican State can be a distance support for resident Dominicans outside the country, as well as foreigners who wish to buy a property in the Dominican Republic.
He emphasized that these are two proposals that would complement the proposal of the Real Estate and Crying Intermediation Law currently in the National Congress that seeks to regulate the exercise of real estate in the country.

He highlighted his proposals seek to provide the end user of the right to receive the information that the law established it is established and also simplify processes.

In economic terms he said that he will generate money for the expedition of certifications, will increase IPI payment and incentive real estate investment in the country.
