The former Government Minister Arturo Murillo, who was deported from the United States, It has 15 active criminal processes in Boliviaconfirmed on Thursday the state attorney general, Róger Mariaca.
He explained that 10 of the processes are in trial (that is to say with formal accusation), two in the preparatory stage (with formal imputation for the resolution of precautionary judges) and three in preliminary stage (where prosecutors will determine whether they impute or reject the cases).

He recalled that one of the sentences establishes eight years in prison for the former minister for the purchase with surcharge of tear gas and the other conviction determines five years with four months in prison for the so -called “gases of Ecuador.”
Paz prosecutors are now mobilized “in order that the jurisdictional authority can point out the respective hearings, either because of the cases that are in trial or the cases that are in the preparatory stage,” he said.
But, “what is clear is that This person has to go to a public prison in the department of La Paz to fulfill their preventive convictions or arrests for rebellions that were issued at the time (for other cases), ”he added.
Murillo was deported from the United States after serving a sentence for conspiracy for money laundering and bribes.
