A 16-year-old teenager was captured for his alleged connection to the murder of José Daniel Mendoza (31), according to police sources.
The crime occurred in the La Romana sector, Torres municipality (Carora), Lara state, where the home of José Daniel, who was a barber, is located. The teenager arrived at that place at night, stabbed the barber twice and fled.
Neighbors of José Daniel took him to the “Pastor Oropeza” hospital where he died a few minutes after being admitted, according to versions.
Officials of the Cicpc-Carora captured the adolescent in his residence that remains in the El Bosque sector of the aforementioned Larense town.
Apparently the adolescent’s action comes from a continuous claim that he made to the barber to return a shaver he had lent him.

Another Cicpc procedure in Lara state was the arrest of Endry Eduardo Linares Valdez (31), accused of the murder of Juvenal Antonio Torres Vivas (67), which occurred last October 9 in the Simón Rodríguez sector, Iribarren municipality ( Barquisimeto).
That day, Linares was drinking with the sexagenarian and his sister. That evening there was a discussion between the victim and the perpetrator during which Linares kicked the man, a situation that caused his death, according to the Cicpc version posted on his Instagram site.
Once the crime was committed, Linares fled with a television owned by the victim. Precisely the subject was arrested in the vicinity of the Barquisimeto passenger terminal where he sold the appliance.
