Officials from the Los Salias Municipal Police, in San Antonio de Los Altos, captured a man who spanked a teenager while she was walking.
The troops learned of this fact while they were patrolling the area, when a teenager approached them to inform them what had happened. She also provided the physical characteristics of the 42-year-old man, who at the time of his capture was in front of to the Los Altos Residences, wearing yellow shorts and a gray sleeveless flannel.
After being arrested, the subject showed a card from the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (Conapdis) as his identification document, however, he was transferred to the municipal police headquarters.
The Prosecutor’s Office number 12 of the Public Ministry is aware of the procedure.
