This Wednesday, Henry José Aldana Rodríguez, 18, was arrested, accused of the crime of continued sexual assault with penetration towards his three underage nephews.
The case is handled by the Court of First Instance in Control Functions of the Children and Adolescents Section of the Judicial District of Miranda state, Valles del Tuy extension,
The man had been detained by officials of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Directorate of Investigations of Crimes against Persons (Division of investigations of crimes against women, children and adolescents) of the Cicpc Caracas, last Friday, November 11, in a house in the José Antonio Páez alley in the San Antonio de Cúa sector, Rafael Urdaneta municipality in Miranda.

According to the police report, Henry José Aldana Rodríguez (18) was reported to the Cicpc for alleged sexual abuse of his three nephews, ages 10, 7, and 5.
The officials began the investigations of the case, according to the file signed with the nomenclature No. K-22-0105-00449. The detectives managed to arrest the citizen in flagrante delicto, who had been committing the crime since 2021.
The gendarmes revealed that Aldana Rodríguez, is requested by the First Court of First Instance in Control functions, Adolescent Criminal Responsibility section, Valles del Tuy extension, according to official letter No. 247-2022 dated 10/28/2022, for the crime of sexual abuse with continued penetration and sexual abuse of children without continued penetration.
The subject was charged and deprived of liberty by the Seventeenth (17th) Prosecutor of the Valles del Tuy Public Ministry extension, lawyer María Rojas, in the Court of First Instance in Control Functions of the Children and Adolescents Section of the Tuyera subregion.
The prisoner was assigned the Yare III Capital Region Penitentiary Center, located in San Antonio de Yare, Simón Bolívar municipality in Miranda.
