The Zulia State Police Corps reported the capture of a man identified as José Gregorio Ramírez Delgado (38) for the sexual abuse of a 14-year-old teenager in the La Abuela de Cuatro Esquinas neighborhood, in the Carlos Quevedo parish of the Francisco Javier municipality. Pulgar, Zulia state.
According to the police report, Ramírez Delgado used deception to take the teenager to his home. The minor affected has received the necessary specialized care at the José Gregorio Hernández Hospital in the town, while the perpetrator remains in custody at the headquarters of the Francisco Javier Pulgar Police Coordination Center.
