The businessman Armando Loson, accused in the Cuadernos case, presented this Friday a brief in the federal courts of Comodoro Py in which he denounces “very serious irregularities” consisting of “adulterations and erasures of names, places, addresses and dates” in the exposed texts by former driver Oscar Centeno and that originated this judicial investigation.
The judicial presentation made by the legal representatives of Loson in a document to which Télam agreed, summarizes the conclusions of a graphological expertise commissioned by the businessman from the study of Latour calligraphic experts. It is a work in which the experts claim to have found “more than 1,600 alterations of the original text: 1,373 on writings and 195 corrections with correction fluid, while 55 amendments or tests could be visualized, among other anomalies”.
The graphological report, explained in the judicial brief, was made on digital copies (which are not photocopies) and not on the originals of the notebooks, which remain reserved in the Federal Oral Court 7.
In the expertise, the experts claim to have found “more than 1,600 alterations of the original text: 1,373 on writings and 195 corrections with correction fluid, while 55 amendments or tests could be visualized, among other anomalies”
Centeno claimed to have burned the notebooks detailing requests and payments of bribes between officials and businessmen on a grill, and presented photocopies of those writings to the court, and with those documents the late federal judge Claudio Bonadio initiated an investigation.
In October 2019, four days before the presidential elections in which Alberto Fernández prevailed, an anonymous person delivered some “original” writings that would have been saved from being burned by the former driver and that were incorporated into the file.
It is also stated in the brief presented by Loson, that these originals continue without being examined to date by the professionals of the Federal Police Corps of Experts, despite the requests of the businessman’s defense.
In the presentation of more than 50 pages, the businessman asks the Court to investigate the alleged commission of the crimes of aggravated false testimony, abuse of authority and/or breach of the duties of an official, ideological falsehood of a public document, procedural fraud and illicit association
“I do not intend to question the content of all the notebooks, but only that content that involves me (and other people eventually), and in respect of which the experts have verified serious irregularities to the detriment of the undersigned”, expresses the businessman in the letter presented.
In the presentation of more than 50 pages, the employer asks the Court to consider his complaint filed and asks to investigate the alleged commission of the crimes of aggravated false testimony, abuse of authority and/or breach of the duties of an official, falsehood ideology of public document, procedural fraud and illicit association. Likewise, he requests to be summoned to ratify this complaint and to have him as a plaintiff in the process.
The presentation was made with the legal sponsorship of the lawyer Carlos Vela in the case that he is processing before the National Federal Criminal and Correctional Court Number 11.
