Medina mentioned that educational resilience is having a choice or meeting an objective when situations arise and the initial planning cannot be followed.
The engineer Ariel Medina, from the Mentes Brillantes foundation, elucidated this Monday, on Radio Panama, about educational resilience, explaining that it is a new concept or a new narrative that speaks of facing the different adverse situations that can impact the educational system and speaks from the human capacity to respond positively.
“There are two aspects to understanding educational resilience; the first is related to the ability of the education system to deal with situations over which it has no control, the second is the ability of the education system to train resilient citizens,” he said.
Medina mentioned that educational resilience is having a choice or meeting an objective when situations arise and the initial planning cannot be followed.
