Argentines overflow to celebrate the third title of the albiceleste

Fans of the Argentina team overflowed into the streets from the start of the game that would define the winner of the Qatar 2022 cup. The albiceleste won the third cup, after beating France in the final.

The South American country has erupted in a cry of joy. The nation, paralyzed for a month to follow its team in Qatar, is experiencing one of the most uncertain moments in recent years, politically and economically, but this morning’s results were positive for Argentine fans.

The Argentina team will arrive on Monday between five and seven in the afternoon (local time). The most passionate celebrations for the fans are expected for this Tuesday. It is not yet clear if the players will go to the Casa Rosada – as Maradona’s champion team did in 1986. Nor if there will be a caravan to the Obelisk. The Government remains alert to an overflowing crowd that causes accidents.
