This Sunday, March 1, the release of Argentine gendarme Nahuel Gallo was announced, after one year and 60 days of arbitrary detention in the El Rodeo I maximum security prison, located in the state of Miranda.
The information was confirmed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Argentina, Pablo Quirno, who expressed on social networks that “Gallo was released and is now outside the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.”
The Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, cited the chancellor’s message and noted that the gendarme was on his way home. «This victory belongs to all those who fought for their freedom, in each of its forms. “The Argentine gendarme will soon be in Argentina and reunited with his family.”
