Argentine cinema, one of the most respected in the Latin American region, has amazing support among Cuban viewers. In repeated editions, some films from that country have been selected to open the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema (it happened with The Secret in Their Eyes, the illustrious citizen, the odyssey of the giles) and this year the initiative is repeated with Argentina, 1985 by Santiago Mitre.
