Argentina will exceed US$ 100,000 million in exports this year

When reviewing the results of the Foreign Ministry’s 2022 National Export Plan, Cafiero said that “reaching US$ 100,000 million in external sales implies that all sectors have made a maximum effort.”

During his tour of the Toyota plant located in the town of Zárate in Buenos Aires, the minister indicated that “for Argentina, having a dynamic export sector such as the automotive sector represents bringing Argentine products and talent to the world and also financing the growth of the Argentine economy and of employment”.

The foreign minister said that “Biogenesis Bagó is a high-quality company with world prestige, which has a chapter in the recovery of the Argentine economy after the pandemic and also in the record for exports this year.”

“We were discussing with company executives how it has been positioning itself in new markets in the last year, consolidating its presence in Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Indonesia, and how Asia is opening its markets to the products produced here. , with the Argentine talent behind each of these vaccines,” Cafiero added.

The general director of Biogénesis Bagó, Esteban Turic, highlighted that it is “the number one company in the veterinary field and the largest in Latin America, with a production capacity of around 450 million doses of vaccines, which are exported to more of 60 destinations around the world”.
