A low-income household in a human settlement is experiencing the saddest and most dramatic moments when its only 2-year-old child died after falling into the El Medio irrigation canal, in Camaná.
This unfortunate event occurred on Thursday at 4 in the afternoon, during a small oversight of the parents, who left their house. The minor’s body was found floating in the canal very close to a gate.
After the quick reaction of a farmer in the area, the little one was removed from the waterand tried to provide help to revive him, but the minor had already died hours before, generating scenes of deep pain among those present.
The members of the National Police of Peru and representatives of the Public Ministry, in charge of the Prosecutor Alan Clissman, to begin the corresponding proceedings and clarify the circumstances of this unfortunate event.
This case is quite suspicious because his parents and relatives did not show up to recognize him and remove the minor’s body, so the prosecutor requested their presence.
