The Second Criminal Appeals Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Arequipa, ordered the preventive detention against Brenda Ancco Luque (30), who is being investigated for allegedly physically assaulting VJE, causing serious injuries to her face and other parts of the body.
The collegiate that is integrated by the superior judge, Sandra Lazo de la Vega Velarde and integrated by Marco Herrera Guzman and Jaime Moreno Chirinos, ordered preventive detention for a period of 9 months; therefore, they ruled that the search and arrest warrants be issued against the defendant.
