In some areas of the capital, electricity service began to be restored, after a major blackout that lasted almost ten hours. Among the sectors where electricity has returned are: El Marqués, Boleíta, La California, Los Dos Caminos, Los Palos Grandes, La Castellana, San Martín, La Candelaria, sectors of Catia and 23 de Enero.
Ten hours after a massive nationwide blackout began, social media users are reporting that power has begun to return to different areas of the capital.
El Marqués, Boleíta, La California, Los Dos Caminos, Los Palos Grandes, La Castellana, in the east of the city already had electric service. Also areas to the west of Caracas such as San Martín, La Candelaria, sectors of Catia and 23 de Enero also had electric service. The service began to be restored around 2:30 pm in some sectors.
It has also been learned that San Bernardino, Petare, Lomas del Avila, Colinas de Bello Monte, part of Sebucán, Los Naranjos and Montalbán, Las Aacacias have received electricity again. However, some areas remain without service more than 13 hours later, including Sabana Grande and La Campiña.
Earlier, areas in the east of the Sucre municipality had received service that lasted about 20 minutes before falling again. In Los Ruices, residents report SuchWhich who remain without electricity for more than ten hours.

In the capital, it has been reported that the La Bandera Terminal is operating normally, although some routes will only be leaving from Nuevo Circo (short routes and towards the east of the country).
