Santo Domingo. – The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Franklin García Fermínannounced on Friday the beginning of the “Call a International scholarships 2025 “ For Steam Carreras, aimed at those who wish to study specialized programs in more than 71 universities around the world.
The launch took place in the Convention Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIREX) and the call will be open from January 31 to February 20, 2025.
More than 71 universities participate in 13 countries, with a total of more than 833 programs available.
The Teacher and Doctorate Programs They will be available in countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Spain, the United States, France, India, Italy, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.

Among the participating universities are the Monterrey Technology Institute (Mexico), the University of Purdue (USA), the University of Nebrija (Spain)the Marangoni isituto (Italy), the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (India)and the University of Camagüey (Cuba)among others.
Application requirements for scholarships
Those interested should be Dominicans, have a minimum academic index of 80 on the scale of 0-100 (or 3 on the scale of 1 to 4), and have academic documents legalized by the Mescyt.
In addition, they must present a copy of their identity card, curriculum vitae, declaration letter of purposes and other required documents.
