The president of the State, Luis Arce, reported today, which leaves a project for the doctrinal reform of the Armed Forces (FFAA), with the philosophy of avoiding new uprisings and foreign interference. The announcement was made today, in Sucre, during his speech for the celebration of the 200 years of creation of the armed institution.
“This military doctrine, which we leave as a legacy of our government for its analysis, debate and approval in the relevant instances, is oriented to the creation of a new military, one born from the town, Walk with the people and will never rise against him.
