Araúz: “The Magistrates of the Electoral Court with their resignation are the ones who could dispel any doubt”

Lawyer Juan Carlos Araúz referred to the irregularities in the early vote, he said that the erratic behavior of the Electoral Tribunal (TE) is worrying, at one moment it says one thing and the next it comes out as if nothing has happened.

For Araúz, the TE magistrates are responsible for this situation and must present their resignation to dispel any doubts, because what is at stake is democracy. He assured that the Attorney General’s Office must investigate ex officio.

The altered electronic ballot is circulating with unapproved content, there is the falsity of the document and with this the Public Ministry can act ex officio.
