The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported through his social network X that the lawyer Rosa María Mota, who served as provisional prosecutor 15 of the Judicial District of the state of Apure, was arrested.
The reason would be, according to Saab, “for acting contrary to his duty by disclosing confidential information, allowing the evasion of subjects” investigated for acts of violence, acts of vandalism and destabilization.
The former official of the Public Prosecutor’s Office will be charged with the crimes of delay or intentional omission of duties.
