Within hours of the deadline (October 31), the parties continue to close their respective lists and presidential formulas.
THE STAR

The 15 presidential formulas are headed by recognized figures such as Javier Velásquez Quesquén, Jorge del Castillo and Hernán Garrido Lecca. Also on Velásquez’s plate are Carla García and Lucho Wilson. In Del Castillo’s office there are Mauricio Mulder and the general secretary Belén García. And in Garrido Lecca’s there are Omar Quesada and Olga Cribilleros. They are joined by other presidential candidates such as Jorge Morales, Yamel Romero, Juan Carlos Sánchez, Nery Quiroz, Augusto Valqui, Magno Mendoza, Neptalí Ramírez, Emiliano Vargas, Rafael Zevallos, Jorge Risco, Enrique Valderrama and José Torres.
THE LAMP
Acción Popular has also presented its six presidential formulas. Six lists headed by the pre-candidates for the Presidency will also compete: Julio Chávez, Alfredo Barnechea, Víctor García Belaunde, Edwin Martínez, Higinio Torres and Erwin Pinedo. Each has its own candidates for vice presidents, deputies and senators.
THE PURPLE
In the Purple Party, Daniel Mora was in charge of communicating that the deliberation process aimed at building a consensus list had concluded.
The evaluation commission, made up of Mora himself (president), Victoria Santa Cruz, Cynthia Yamamoto and Benjamín Marticorena, prepared its proposal after analyzing criteria and resumes. All the pre-candidates participated in that process, except for Mesías Guevara, by their own decision. After deliberation, the following presidential formula proposal was agreed upon. President: Richard Arce. First vice presidency: Ronnie Jurado. Second vice presidency: Frida Ríos. Messiah Guevara, evidently, heads the other group.
At the time of going to press, the candidates for the Senate (national and regional) and Deputies (regional) are exhausting all efforts to reach consensus lists. This was announced by Luis Durán Rojo, president of the Purple Party.
PLEASE NOTE
In Popular Action, the presidential formula of Víctor Andrés García Belaunde goes with Miguel Román to the first vice presidency and María Eugenia Nieva to the second. In Alfredo Barnechea’s team are Armando Villanueva and Tania Abad Jaime in the first and second vice-presidencies. Julio Chávez, for his part, goes with Guisela Narváez and Delia Condo. And Edwín Martínez is with Celia Quispe Ricalde and Carlos Álvarez Rosas.
