It’s official. On Thursday, November 4, the newspaper El peruano published the Supreme Resolution endorsed by Defense Minister Walter Ayala and President Pedro Castillo, which concludes the appointment of the General Commander of the Peruvian Army, José Alberto Vizcarra Álvarez. The same happened with the general commander of the Peruvian Air Force, Jorge Luis Chaparro Pinto. Both will go into retirement status.
