The National Secretariat for Youth enabled the application period to access the 2023 Youth Scholarships, first time and renewal, which the institution grants to young people between the ages of 18 and 30, who are pursuing a degree or higher technical degrees accredited in Paraguayan territory. .
Is about financial aid awarded by the SNJ to low-income studentsin order to pay for part of their university or tertiary studies, 2,000,000 guaraníes per year, which are made in two payments of 1,000,000 each (per semester).
The call 2023 is valid from April 15 to 22completing the application form online through the link www.becas.juventud.gov.py/2023 where the required documents must be submitted.
The general minimum conditions to apply for the Youth Scholarship will be:
a) Be a natural or naturalized Paraguayan citizen, aged between 18 and 30 years.
b) To be a graduate of High School with a grade point average equal to or greater than 3.00, or to be a Higher Education student with a grade point average equal to or greater than 3.00, or to be a higher education student with a grade point average or equal to or higher to 3.00 in the previous school year.
c) Not be a beneficiary or receive scholarships from other public institutions.
d) Not be a public official at the time of application.
Applications will be received for undergraduate courses and higher technical degrees authorized in Paraguay by the National Council of Higher Education (CONES), the Council of Universities, or accredited by the National Agency for the Evaluation of Higher Education (ANEAES).

The documents required to be chosen as a beneficiary of the program for the first time are:
a) Application Form addressed to the SNJ, presented as an Affidavit. Fill out the online application form.
b) Photocopy authenticated by a notary or jurisdictional Justice of the Peace of the Current Identity Card.
c) Original Certificate of Life and Residence or authenticated photocopy (Non-Exclusive)
d) Authenticated photocopy of Title and/or Certificate of Studies of Secondary Education, or proof of university studies of the respective faculty.
– Curriculum of the career that the applicant is studying, which consists of the list of all the subjects that will be studied during the undergraduate degree, where the subjects by year or semester are stated.
Failure to submit the documents will be grounds for exclusion.
