The Ministry of Finance today closes the call for the Fulbright program to pursue postgraduate studies at universities in the United States.
Of the 20 places, five are for master’s degrees in science; five for technology and innovation, five for doctorates in science areas; technology and innovation; five for master’s degrees in education and five for postdocs.
Those selected for the scholarships will use them from 2023 and the guide to bases and conditions can be found on the page of the American embassy.
The coverage cap for master’s degrees is $50,000 for a maximum of 24 months and $90,000 for up to 48 months for doctoral programs.
Meanwhile, the budget for postdoctoral fellows is $25,000 for a minimum research stay of three months and a maximum of one academic semester, counting from the scholarship holder’s entry into the program.
The research period must necessarily take place between August 1, 2023 and December 30, 2023, according to the Becal program.
