This Wednesday night, the president of the Republic of IndonesiaPrabowo Subianto, arrived in Lima to make an official visit and participate in the Leaders Week of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC).
The dignitary was received at the Callao Air Base by the Minister of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Ángel Manero, representing the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte.
The arrival of Prabowo Subianto took place in response to the invitation made by the Peruvian president.
The head of state will receive the president of Indonesia this Thursday, at 2:00 p.m., at the Government Palace, according to the presidential agenda.
During this visit, both heads of state will review the state of the bilateral relationship, which will turn 50 years in 2025, placing special emphasis on the promotion of investments in Peru and the negotiations of the Peru-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
Likewise, efforts will be made to promote cooperation in the fields of culture, defense, the fight against illicit drug trafficking, fisheries and aquaculture, among others.
