The first edition of the Aníbal «Rocky» Galindo Cup is part of the APAGOLF Tour, a tour that brings together the best amateur players in the country and will have the great incentive of having the presence of amateur players from Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago and Venezuela; making it an international event.
In this first edition, it will be held at Santa María Golf Club from April 21 to 23, playing 54 holes on three consecutive days under the individual aggregate score format and in pairs, made up of two participants from each country.
It should be noted that the winner of the Panama Invitational Amateur Cup Aníbal ‘Rocky’ Galindo will obtain the right to play the Kia Open of the Latin American PGA Tour to be held in Quito, Ecuador in 2024.
