The National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) determined the collection of glucose ampoules produced by Samtec Biotechnology Ltda. According to the resolutionthe measure reaches the product glucose – 25% injectable solution box with 200 ampoules of 10 ml, only for the lot that has a date of expiration date 31/07/2026. 
The product had its marketing, distribution and use suspended after an opinion from Joinville City Hall (SC), which confirmed quality deviation in the lot. The ampoules contained a dark material scattered in the liquid of the medicine.
Radiofarm
The agency also determined the suspension of importation of radio drugs manufactured by the laboratories Bacon Saic Radiopharmaceuticals are drugs used in nuclear medicine for disease diagnosis or medical treatment.
According to Anvisa, in an inspection carried out at the company in September 2025, the breach of good manufacturing practices (BPF) for the production of some categories of medicines was verified. GOOD PRACTICES STANDARDS need to be strictly met to ensure that products are completely free of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses.
