Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office denounces family member of Pedro Castillo's security personnel

The Public Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Corruption Crimes requested the beginning of preliminary proceedings against Wendy Teresita Irigoin Peralta, daughter of Aladino Irigoin Chávez, escort of the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo.

The measure was approved for the alleged commission of the crime against the public administration in the form of collusion and alternatively for the crime of incompatible negotiation to the detriment of the State.

The complaint is based on journalistic reports, which account for alleged irregularities by officials of the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) in having issued six service orders in a period of eight months in favor of Irigoin Peralta for a approximate amount of 90,000 soles.

In the complaint filed today by the Specialized Public Prosecutor’s Office, the declaration of the accused, as well as the others involved in the alleged benefits, is requested as acts of investigation.
