After the mining antapaccay denounces the invasion of its facilities, the expert on energy issues, Anthony Laub highlighted the vulnerability that exists in the mining camps.
“It is proving that it is easy to violate and set fire to the facilities of a mining company in the face of the little response capacity of the State,” he assured Peru21.
He also pointed out that this situation does not contribute to mining development in the country, and indicated that in this way it will be difficult to fulfill the projects of the Con Punche Peru plan.
It should be noted that there are nine mining projects that the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) announced that they would promote and accompany their development, within the framework of the plan.
CONTRACTOR COMPLAINT
The supplier contractors of the Antapaccay company also denounced that they were victims of the violent acts of the vandals.
