The Antamina Mining Company, Win Empresas and the Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) lead the list of companies thatthat invested more in the modality Works for Taxes (OxI)since the program began in 2009, according to Proinversión.

As of August 13, 2024, Antamina has allocated a total of S/1,770.8 million to projects under this modality, followed by Win, with S/1,471.2 million, and BCP, which has invested S/1,267.9 million.
However, in the last year, the companies leading the list are Win, Soluciones Alimenticias SAC and BCP.
Record disbursement
According to Proinversión, between January and August of this year, 58 projects were awarded under the OxI modality for a total of US$2,351 million.
The promotion agency revealed that this amount is the highest in 16 years and responds to the fact that this mechanism has become an efficient, transparent and rapid way of executing investments.

He also said that in the last eight months, 37 new companies have used this disbursement mechanism for the first time. Among these companies are R&G Contratistas SCRL and Minera Yanacocha SRL.
Seventeen public entities from 10 regions of the country have also joined the OxI modality.
