Starting next March 2, the National Social Security Administration (ANSES) will activate the new payment schedule corresponding to the third month of the year, in which the desired increase of 12.28% agreed by the Government last Wednesday will come into effect.
The first benefits to collect their salaries with the new increase in the ANSES will be the holders of the Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) and the Food Card (now called the Alimentar Program), although its payment dates will be modified, as announced the organism.
According to what is established by the ANSES, for the next month, all the payment dates of the different social programs must move one day due to the two irremovable holidays for the Carnival party (Monday, February 28, and Tuesday, March 1).
In the case of the beneficiaries of the PNC and the Food Card, their payments will be made according to the completion of the National Identity Document (DNI) between March 2 and 6, respectively. Thus, the schedule for the organism for both services:
- DNI ending in 0 and 1: Wednesday, March 2.
- DNI completed in 2 and 3: Thursday, March 3.
- DNI completed on 4 and 5: Friday, March 4.
- DNI completed on 6 and 7: Monday, March 5.
- DNI completed on 8 and 9: Tuesday, March 6.
How much different programs will charge with the increase
The amounts established for Non-Contributory Pensions vary according to the category of the holder. That is to say, those who receive the disability subsidy will now receive $22,840.78 with the increase; the PNC for old age increased to $22,723.13 per month; while the PUAM (Universal Pension for the Elderly) rose to $26,103.75.
In the case of the Non-Contributory Pension for Mothers of seven or more children, the new amount of their assets will be $32,629.69 for each month. The surcharge of the Food Card is also established by categories and the amounts are as follows: $6,000, $9,000 and $12,000 per month.
- Retirements and minimum pensions: they went to $32,629.69 per month.
- Retirement and maximum pensions: they rose to $219,103.19 per month.
- Universal Allowance per Child (AUH) and Family Allowance per Child (AFH): the amount was $6,375.
- School aid for holders of the AHU: the assets rose to $4,758.
