ANP signs 58 Permanent Offer concession contracts

The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) signed today (8), in Rio de Janeiro, 58 contracts related to the blocks acquired in the 3rd Cycle of the Permanent Concession Offer (OPC), held in April this year.ANP signs 58 Permanent Offer concession contracts

All contracts are in the concession modality and, according to the agency, generated a collection of BRL 422,217,152.64 in signing bonuses. As a result, at least R$ 405,250,000.00 will be invested in the exploration phase in Rio Grande do Norte, Alagoas, Bahia, Espírito Santo, Santa Catarina and Paraná.

Companies

The companies 3R Areia Branca SA, Ecopetrol Oil and Gas do Brasil Ltda, Energy Paranã Ltda, Imetame Energia Ltda, Newo Oil and Gas Ltd, NTF Oil and Gas SA, Origin Energy SA, Petroborn Oil and Gas SA, Petro-Victory signed contracts. Energia Ltda, Seacrest Petróleo SA, Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda and Total Energies EP Brasil Ltda.

The first cycle of the Permanent Production Sharing Offer (OPP) is scheduled for December 16th. Eleven blocks of the pre-salt polygon will be auctioned: Ágata, Bumerangue, Cruzeiro do Sul, Esmeralda, Jade, Sudoeste de Sagitário and Tupinambá, located in the Santos Basin; and Água Marinha, North of Brava, Itaimbezinho and Turmalina, in the Campos Basin.
