Adrenaline was the protagonist at the Autódromo Panamá during the long-awaited International Motorsports Race, where 43 drivers left everything on the track and were applauded by a crowd that vibrated with each turn.
The atmosphere was filled with admiration for the pilots, who demonstrated why they are the kings of speed.
Sebastián NG, Fernando Seferlis, Rafael Bárcenas and Ramón López, closed with a flourish an epic day, in which the passion for motorsports was felt in the air.
Jag, the star of the house, was not far behind. Our beloved Autodromo mascot stole the show among families and fans, who greeted and asked for photos with the most beloved figure on the circuit.
Since Saturday, the classifications filled the attendees with adrenaline, who also enjoyed fun activations from the sponsors in the Fan Zone and an after party with the group “Los Dollies.”
On Sunday there was no respite on the track. In the Gran Turismo A category, Dominican Ramón López took first place with his Corvette, closely followed by Elias Chocrón. In the close Gran Turismo C, Edwin Serrano took the victory after a tough battle with Kail Sibauste and Joaquín Loo.
The action continued in Super Turismo 1, where the duo Fernando Seferlis and Enrique Noriega shone, while in Super Turismo 2, Rafael Bárcenas and Christian Gómez tied, each taking a heat. Orlando García won in Super Turismo 3, while Alex Vanegas Jr. took first place in Super Turismo 4, leaving Costa Ricans Andrés Gómez and Daniel Molina in second and third place respectively.
Finally, in TCR Panama, Sebastián NG, Mario Bárcenas and Max Schubert occupied the first three places.
We are deeply grateful to our sponsors and our loyal customers who have made it possible for this type of recreation to continue to be a success. Although the circuit races of this 2024 season have come to an end, we will have the final of the national Motovelocity championship this October 27 and Drag War on November 17.
We are already preparing to offer our audience a new season full of speed and adrenaline next year. See you on the track!
