A new leak of Telegram conversations attributed to the Minister of Security and Justice of the City of Buenos Aires, Marcelo D’Alessandro, exposed a possible link with federal judge Sebastián Ramos, who during the last judicial fair filed a complaint against the Buenos Aires official in use license for his alleged conversations with Silvio Robles, right hand of the president of the Supreme Court Horacio Rosatti.

The alleged chats were revealed this Thursday afternoon in various journalistic publications of the web portals of the newspapers Perfil, Página/12 and Tiempo Argentino.

The conversations attributed to D’Alessandro and Ramos were known moments after the magistrate attended the Impeachment Committee of the Chamber of Deputies to testify as a witness in the framework of the process opened against the four Supreme Court judges, where he assured not be included by the general provisions of the law.

Ramos’s testimony had been specifically requested because he was the judge who, during the judicial fair, ordered the file of the complaint linked to the conversations between Robles and D’Alessandro: at the request of prosecutor Carlos Stornelli, the magistrate made that decision after arguing that the leaked text and audio messages could have been obtained through illegal maneuvers.

From those messages exchanged between Robles and D’Alessandro, it emerged that the Supreme Court official could have advised the Buenos Aires minister in cases that were under study by the highest court and that were of interest to the City of Buenos Aires and Together for Change: one of Those files was the judicial controversy over the co-participating funds that Mauricio Macri redirected to the CABA in 2016.

In those conversations, procedural strategies were also mentioned that the Court official recommended to D’Alessandro to be carried out in the legal discussion for the formation of the Council of the Magistracy.

“While Judge Ramos told us in the Impeachment Committee that he did not know D’Alessandro, the leak appeared showing, among other things, that he was his friend”wrote the national deputy Rodolfo Tailhade on the social network Twitter, and accompanied that post with the link that leads to the note published by Tiempo Argentino.

Meanwhile, Tailhade denounced to the press that “chats between D’Alessandro and Ramos were leaked, who had just given testimony and denied any type of link or deal with D’Alessandro.”

“There was not so much sincerity” on the part of the magistrate, since “for me the chats are true,” said the FdT deputy, who questioned Ramos “for having based solely on the opinion of the prosecutor (Carlos) Stornelli to rush to file the cause”.

One of the chats reproduced by both Tiempo Argentino and the newspaper Página/12 dates from July 23, 2021, the date on which Judge Ramos congratulates D’Alessandro, whom he calls ‘Tano’, apparently for his appointment as minister of the Buenos Aires government.

“Thank you for the msg Seba!!! I send you a big hug, friend,” the government official of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta responded on that occasion, according to those media.

Another of the chats revealed, in this case also by the Perfil newspaper, is linked to the alleged delivery of a car for the magistrate’s use, and dates from January 26, 2022.

“Hello tano, today the focus was delivered to me! Thank you!”, says the supposed message that Ramos sent to D’Alessandro, to which the Buenos Aires official replied: “Nothing to be thankful for. As soon as the Toyotas come in I’ll give you one.”

Télam consulted with the environments of those involved in the chats that were leaked this Thursday and all maintained that they were part of the “functional link” that they maintain with the interlocutors that appear mentioned.

In the case of automobiles, by case, the sources consulted attributed the dialogue to the shots that the Ministry of Security and Justice of CABA makes available for the custody of the magistrates who require it.
