MIAMI, United States. — The United States Border Patrol arrested nine Cuban rafters on Wednesday who arrived at Biscayne National Park aboard an artisanal vessel.
“U.S. Border Patrol Agents responded to a migrant landing in Biscayne National Park and encountered nine Cuban migrants,” Chief Patrol Agent Walter N. Slosar reported on Twitter.
The official report of the event adds that the group was made up of eight men and one woman.
